Making A Purchase
To place an order, just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You will be required to enter your credit card information over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. No order submitted shall be deemed accepted unless and until these terms and conditions are accepted. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Any quotations issued are subject to written confirmation of acceptance by one of our representatives of any subsequent corresponding order.
Shipping And Handling
We will dispatch all Products by first class post. If you wish for alternative shipping method please contact us using the contact us page or on the above details.
Delivery Schedule
All our products we aim to deliver within 7 to 14 working days. Should delivery take longer, we will inform you by email of expected delivery date. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise in delivery; the carrier is responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we are currently only able to process online orders to deliver within the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you require delivery to Europe or the Middle and Far East.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
All order payments are processed using Google Checkout. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
MilSys (UK) Limited will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Products conform to the current published or agreed specifications upon dispatch. However, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes and will notify the buyer if we do so.
All our products are offered based upon our customers taking all reasonable measures to confirm their suitablity for the purpose required. Recommendations for the use of products whether given orally, written, or to be implied from test reults, are all based on current knowledge at the time. No guarantee, either espressed or implied, is made regarding the validity of the recommendations or results of them.

Returns Policy
Any products found to be defective within 14 days of delivery should be reported in writing to MilSys (UK) Limited. If we recognise the products to be defective then we will either replace the defective part free of charge or provide credit for a corresponding proportion of the original invoice price. We will also arrange for any defective products to be collected.
